This online group nutrition coaching experience is for the person who wants to learn, implement, and gain confidence with tracking macronutrients in order to reach their goals, improve their nutrition, and feel amazing! Whether you’re seeking weight loss or simply want to feel better, this is for you!

Where is it? This will take place in a private, online, collaborative setting where the client will have access to me and fellow clients via a private group on the free Band App, where clients can check in daily. We will also have LIVE weekly group zoom check in calls so that clients can receive real time accountability, education, and support.

When is it? April 27-May 26, 2026

What you’ll get:

What is expected of the client?

  • To commit to using the free version of the a food tracking app (like My Fitness Pal or Cronometer)

  • To complete the getting started checklist

  • To share in the Band app group daily (whether it’s a screen shot of your tracking for the day, healthy meal picture, a question or concern etc). The more you put into the experience, the more you’ll get out of it, and the more progress you’ll make on tracking your macros!

  • To join for weekly check in calls as often as you can—if you have a conflict then you can watch the recording!

  • Tracking macronutrients does require some time and planning, so the client must be willing to put in some work to have success with it. BUT it’s totally worth it because you will learn so much as you make some progress on your health goals!
